Why not use aligners in children?

Between 6 and 13 years of age we promote, with specific devices (Functional and Mechanical Orthopedics) the redirection of maxillomandibular growth. To guide vertical growth, on many occasions, it is necessary to dismantle the teeth and the Aligners do not allow that.

We must respect the obtaining of the vertical dimension of occlusion by the natural “bite lifters” provided by the eruption of the molars (Second molar deciduous, first permanent molar and second permanent molar).

Freedom and the right growth stimulus in this phase are very important.
